Dr. Pasicznyk
DMD · Implant & Restorative Dentistry · Bonita Springs, FL
Dr. Pasicznyk founded Foundation Dental Center on a straightforward premise: patients in Southwest Florida deserved access to the full range of advanced implant dentistry — not a referral, not a compromise, not a general dentist who "also does implants." A practice built for it, from the ground up.
A Career Built on the Cases Others Declined
Dr. Pasicznyk completed his dental training with a focus on surgical and restorative implantology — the intersection of placement, bone management, and prosthetic delivery that most practices separate across multiple specialists. That integrated approach is the foundation of everything at Foundation Dental Center.
Over the course of his career, he developed a particular interest in complex full-arch cases: patients with significant bone loss, previous implant failures, longstanding denture use, and other conditions that make tooth replacement more technically demanding. These are the cases that most general practices decline or refer out repeatedly without resolution.
Dr. Pasicznyk's approach to these patients is direct and unhurried: he reviews the imaging, explains what's actually limiting treatment, and presents every available path — including the ones that involve bone grafting, zygomatic implants, or multi-stage planning. Patients leave with clarity, not just an appointment.
When he established Foundation Dental Center in Bonita Springs, the intent was to build a practice that could handle the full spectrum of implant dentistry without sending patients elsewhere — and to do it with an in-house lab, advanced imaging, and a team trained specifically for this type of work.

The Approach Behind Every Treatment Plan
"Most patients who come to us carrying a 'you're not a candidate' conversation from another office aren't actually disqualified — they just need a doctor willing to think through a harder path. That's what we're here for."
Dr. Pasicznyk's clinical philosophy centers on a single principle: every patient deserves a complete picture of their options, not just the ones that are convenient to offer. That means presenting the surgical path alongside the non-surgical one, the implant-retained option alongside the removable one, and the more complex solution alongside the easier short-term fix.
It also means being honest when something isn't likely to work. Not every patient is a great implant candidate immediately — sometimes bone grafting needs to precede placement, sometimes a denture is the right starting point, sometimes waiting several months is the responsible plan. The conversation that produces a realistic, successful outcome is always better than the one that gets a treatment started quickly.
Consultations at Foundation Dental Center are designed around that philosophy. You receive your imaging, a complete explanation of what it shows, all relevant options with realistic timelines and costs, and Dr. Pasicznyk's clinical recommendation — with the reasoning behind it. What you do with that information is your decision.
A Team Built for This Kind of Work
Every person at Foundation Dental Center was hired and trained specifically for implant-focused dentistry. The clinical team assists with complex surgical procedures. The lab team operates the CAD/CAM equipment that produces your restoration on-site. The patient coordinators understand treatment sequencing and financing options well enough to walk you through them in detail.
This isn't a general practice where implant dentistry is one department. It's a practice where everyone — from the front desk to the surgical suite — is oriented around the same kind of care.
- Surgical team trained in guided implant placement
- On-site lab technicians for CAD/CAM restorations
- Treatment coordinators familiar with complex case planning
- Sterilization and safety protocols for surgical-level procedures
